We are looking for a specialist whose duties will include, but are not limited to, research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience and a background in marketing communications. The primary responsibility for the position is to manage campaigns across social media marketing and digital PR initiatives. This person will manage a team of brand monitors and junior account managers and be the main point of contact with clients. In addition to account management, the job will also entail brainstorming creative concepts and spearheading new business initiatives.

TRAINING:All new members of the business development team receive several weeks of paid training, both in the office and in the field. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about digital marketing, giving you the confidence to be the social media expert in any room.
LEADS:We’ll provide you with high value leads that can be converted into sales. You’re welcome to prospect independently, but you won’t have to rely on your network. We know who our best client is, and we have the sales presentation to close the deal.
OPPORTUNITY:Our ownership understands the value a strong salesperson provides, and the compensation structure proves it. Strong performers should pace $70-$80k year one, moving into 6 figures year two. There is no cap on commission, because we wouldn’t create a job we wouldn’t accept.

-Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into words for creative digital campaigns
-Determine what makes a product or service appealing to a consumer
-Develop unique and new concepts
-Explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in tandem with the creative team
-Check copy for spelling and grammar errors
-Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends
-Respond to feedback in a timely manner
-Work within tight deadlines
-Strong customer service and client relations skills
-Work with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies to complete the campaign
Projects range from social media content to print ads, product packaging, web page layouts, and more, all completed with speed and efficiency. Graphic Designers will work closely with the Development Team and Account Managers, assisting them with projects from conception to completion. The resulting work should be creative, inspiring, on-time, and aligned with business goals and strategies.
You are a solid front-end developer who is not afraid of a little back-end work. You are self-motivated and willing to do what needs to be done for this rapidly growing media and marketing agency.
– Creating WordPress sites of various sizes and fulfilling various needs for a wide variety of clients
– Creating lead generating landing pages for campaigns
– Maintaining sites for existing client sites
– Design / Development of client email campaigns
