NextGen offers a network for business professionals and an ongoing conversation with its corporate clients in order to place people in positions where they will succeed. When NextGen came to us, we immediately noticed that the company truly cares about the people that turn to them for help. We wanted to showcase the warmth and passion that the company exudes and not just cold and sterile office photos.

The resulting campaign was centered around NextGen’s commitment to placing diverse talent in top level positions, as well as how businesses and job seekers can succeed through NextGen’s services. We wanted to find bright imagery to reflect a more diverse and contemporary workforce while showing that it’s not too late to start the career you’ve always wanted.
