We don’t often stop to smell the roses, but some things are worth taking a second to celebrate. That’s why — for the second consecutive year — we’re thrilled to announce our inclusion on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America! As a result of our 598% growth over the last three years, we’re cruising in at #8 in our home region of St. Louis, MO-IL, #11 in the state of Missouri, and #840 overall throughout the United States.
Registering this high on the list two years in a row is no easy feat. Since rankings are based upon growth — not total revenue — ranking in the top 17% two years in a row requires a business to perpetually evolve and develop in order to not only rack-up earnings, but also grow our total number of employees and roster of partners.
2018 has been our most successful year to this point. Some of the big highlights in the last calendar year that have led to our continued prosperity have been as-follows:
- Designation as a preferred marketing partner for Orangetheory Fitness, resulting in partnership with over 200 individual OTF studios, nationwide.
- Development of an augmented reality scavenger hunt that resulted in a partnership with the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League.
- Ideated, planned, developed, and launched Marketing Milk, an all-in-one social media marketing analytics platform that allows business owners and franchisors to accurately measure the dollars and cents that their social media efforts are driving — in real-time.
- Development of a public relations offering that helps our partners build credibility through appearances in major media outlets.
- Publishing Founder and Operating Partner Josh Sample over 30 times already this year in some of the country’s largest business, marketing, and social media publications including Forbes, Inc.com, Entrepreneur, Adweek, Glassdoor, and business.com, among others.
While these are all huge accomplishments individually, what they mean collectively is that Drive has become visible on a national scale as one of the premier social media agencies in the country.
Sample credits his team and their ability to remain agile without being complacent with any amount of success that may come. “Getting comfortable with success and failing to consistently update and improve your offering will ultimately stall growth and cause your death. The key to staying power is agility,” he said. “We’ve built a team full of specialist that also have ancillary skills so that no employee is ever siloed to any specific role or duty.”
We’re incredibly humbled and honored to see our hard work pay off like it has in the last 12 months, and we can’t wait to see what’s on the horizon in 2019.
